Natural disasters are phenomenon which natural happen
in the world. Every body are certain happen it. We can’t refuse the natural
disasters because condition of world can’t always stabil. The natural disasters
happen not only cause the natural but also human’s behavior. Natural disaters
are consistency of combination natural activity (physical phenomenon such
mountain eruption, earthquake, slide ground) and human’s behaviour. Because
unability’s human, effect of bad managemen so give bad effect in many sector,
until death. Disadvantages producted depend ability to prevent the disasters
and their endure effort, the disasters
rise if dangerous threat meet with unability. Natural disasters can be
especially traumatic for children and youth. Experiencing a dangerous or
violent flood, storm, wildfire, or earthquake is frightening event for adults,
and the devastation to the familiar environment (home and community) can be
long lasting and distressing.
The disasters happen because human’s
behaviour which based by the greed. In Agañña
Sutta (2002: 82), Buddha explain “some
being of greedy disposition, said: Lo now! What will this be? And tasted the
savoury earth with his finger. He thus, tasting, became suffused with the
savour, and craving entered into him.” Someone have greed never have satisfied,
he will always do action which he think he like or thruth be continue. Such as
someone doing wild hewing, he will throw the trees continue after get and feel
advantage from it. And he will not awareness that his behaviour effect happen the disasters.
In buddhism, the disasters consist arranged by niyama, there are Utu Niyāma (Physics law, range all inorganic phenomenon),
Bija Niyāma (biologis's law, range all organic phenomenon), Kamma Niyāma (Law because effect, characteristic all action
phenomenon that is done which is conduct which well will good ensue and bad
conduct will wreak bad effect), Citta Niyāma (Psychological law, range all job process collects
thoughts), Dhamma Niyāma (Law levels with another, characteristic all happening
phenomenon which is that all phenomenon mutually relevance and including all
not such process range four above laws, as truth of mathematics concept in
figures reality). Five above laws that manage all happening phenomenon
this universe, including act of god. Buddha's teaching words that act of god
because of physics law (in this case geology), and can also since man fault.
Fundamental teaching Buddha is that all phenomenon which happen is mutually
concerning. Physics law manage nature job which is rain cycle, but since man a
lot of hewn treed bungling, discarding bungling waste so ensuing flooding.
Another example is chaotic season one because of global instillation that also
been begat by man. Nature characteristic is poised, so as uneven nature
not poised cause is man, therefore happens nature phenomenon that
unusually so become disaster for human.
Another its thing with
earthquake, flaming mountain eruption and another geological act of god. Until
currently was seen clearly what there isdirect relevancy or not direct among geological act of god and human action.
Earthquake, flaming mountain eruption, and another geological act of god more a
lot of because of physics law (geology). But, continuous dry season, weather
that don't certain, flood, sag, happening until current forest fire a large part is u
straightforward man and also indirect.
Buddha's teaching teaches to man specifically for
glassed see theyself
before blaming. One throw action at random waste did by an individual just can cause the great
calamity for human another. On the other hand, buddhis know that
anything is impermanence (anicca).
Therefore, in order to the disasters
not consist we must effort to prevent it, in the manner of keep the clean
anyplace, with control the mind so can be awareness so impermanence not make
suffering us, keep loving kindness, keep the peace, create programe greening
and be important is destroy the greed because greedy is source of evil which
can effect the suffering to our life. And when the disasters happen us we must
effort safe our body, we also must help another. Because we can’t life self. We
live need help from another.
